The Par II claim is located on the north side of Mount Parsons, south of Parsons Creek.

The area is underlain by north-northwest trending basalt, andesite, breccia and tuff of the Triassic Karmutsen Formation (Vancouver Group). To the north east these have been intruded by diorite of the Jurassic Island Plutonic Suite.

Locally, shear zones host quartz with disseminated pyrite and minor chalcopyrite. Two grab samples assayed up to 1580 parts per million copper, 11.2 parts per million silver, 12,000 parts per million zinc, 3060 parts per million lead and 18,000 parts per billion gold (Assessment Report 12735).

In 1984 and 1985, Toro Resources Ltd. completed a program of prospecting, geological mapping and geochemical sampling on the Par claims.
